I'm delighted to feature interviews from both narrators of the The Thief's Keeper audiobook! Meet Michael Hajiantonis and Kiera Rhodes below :)

Kyrie: How did you become a voice narrator, and what do you enjoy most about it?
Kiera: I've been a singer and musician for as long as I can remember, and I happened across voice acting by chance. What I enjoy the most is seeing the characters I voice come to life! It's a total honour to be trusted with people's stories, and I'm so lucky to be in this industry!
Kyrie: Which part of my book did you enjoy narrating the most, and why?
Kiera: I enjoyed the later chapters the most, where Aliwyn and Aelfric have warmed up to each other so much so they give each other cute nicknames! It really made me giddy for Aliwyn seeing how close they had gotten.
Kyrie: How did you approach bringing the different characters, such as the last Vikings and Celts (the Vasfian tribe), to life through your voice?
Kiera: I tried to utilise the pitch and raspiness of my voice, as well as the occasional accent, to express different characters as seperately as possible from each other.
Kyrie: Was there a scene or character that presented a unique challenge for you as a narrator? How did you overcome it?
Kiera: I don't think there was any particular struggles I had in narrating, other than trying to differentiate the adult male characters. My voice is mid-high pitch so as I mentioned earlier, using raspiness and accents to separate and define roles was how I overcame that challenge.
Kyrie: What do you hope listeners will take away from the story after hearing your narration?
Kiera: I hope that the listeners can truly appreciate life and all of the wonders it brings after listening to the story. I feel as though the story highlights how kind and caring people really can be when times get tough, and that no matter what is going on in life, you are loved and cared for by someone.
